SCJA would like to recognize our President Michael Spillman for his 8 years of service on the Board.
He will be retiring to spend more time with his family, but will still be adjudicating and will return as Head Judge for the 2012 California State Band Championships
Michael Spillman was honored with a recognition award this past weekend at the 2011 California State Band Championships Award Ceremony.
We thank Mr. Spillman for his many years of hard work, dedication, and service to SCJA.
